Trips

Trip to New York for all students, total (provisional) cost £1610. This is subject to increase if fewer students attend.

This New York Trip will include:

Flights and accommodation (up to 4 in an en-suite room)
Breakfast at the hotel    
Coach transfer to and from BCoT
Circle Line Cruise
Ground Zero        
Empire State Building
One World Observatory

The college is providing general travel insurance, but if you have a particular health condition you need covered, please check with Tamara Smith.

Students will need to purchase an ESTA, currently €21, and to have a current passport.

Students must also follow US Immigration laws and may need a visa and/or an immigration interview, based on certain criteria.

Full payment for the trip needs to be paid by 29^th November 2024. 

If you have already paid your deposit and/or any instalments, please follow this payment schedule:

Payment 1 - non-refundable* deposit - £ 120 to be paid by 27th September 2024

Payment 2 - £ 500 to be paid by 30th September 2024

Payment 3 - £ 500 to be paid by 31st October 2024

Payment 4 - £ 490 to be paid by 29th November 2024 

If you have not yet paid your deposit and/or any instalments, please follow this payment schedule: 

Payment 1 - non-refundable* deposit - £ 120 to be paid by Thursday 17^th October 2024

Payment 2 - £ 750 to be paid by 31st October 2024

Payment 3 - £ 740 to be paid by 29th November 2024

*if the trip does not run, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit secures your place, but also the price for everyone going. The fewer people going, the more expensive the cost for everyone.
